PIP GROUPS FOR PARENTS OF NEWBORNS (2-16 WEEKS)

The first year after your baby’s arrival brings so many emotions: joy, overwhelm, exhaustion, loneliness, awe, and everything in between. It’s full of the highest highs and lowest lows.

PIP groups provide a welcoming space for new parents to keep it real and find comfort and nourishment through friendship, community resources, and connection.

NEWBORN PROGRAM:

What you need to know!

All programs are 8 weeks and kick off Thursday’s of every month once your group is full. PIP is a non-profit dedicated to supporting all families equitably. Starting in 2025, our programs will have no required fees. However, families able to give have the option to contribute to support others in the program. We can’t wait to support you on this journey!

  • COST? Free programming for all

  • WHAT? Community-building groups for parents & caregivers of all genders to attend with their newborns led by a trained facilitator with an optional $200 grocery gift card for families in need of additional support.

  • WHO? For parents and their infants aged 2-16 weeks.

  • WHEN? These groups meet once a week for 8 consecutive weeks.

  • WHERE? Families have the opportunity to host groups within their homes on a rotating basis or at a community partner location.

So incredibly thankful for my PIP group. It really helped to normalize all of the weird, lonely, frustrating parts of navigating new parenthood.
