"My PIP Group was my primary support system during those first few months. It was all so foreign, and it was nice to know I wasn't alone."
- Andrea, PIP Alumna

What is a PIP Group?

  • Weekly peer-to-peer support groups for parents & caregivers of all genders to attend with their babies.

  • Our goal is to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space where families can share the experience of transitioning through new parenthood together.

What happens during a PIP Group?

  • All parents are invited to share their highs and lows from each week.

  • The group chooses topics related to early parenthood to discuss.

  • Guest speakers are invited to talk about topics like feeding, sleep, identity, and relationship changes.

  • Participants gain access to local resources.
